 Detection:                        The gold-labeled anti-SARS-CoV-2 monoclonal antibody on the labelling pad binds to the SARS-CoV-2 antigen in the sample. The reaction complex moves forward across the nitrocellulose membrane and captured by SARS-CoV-2 monoclonal antibodies coated at the detection zone (T), forming a red color reaction line. Besides, whether sample contains the SARS-CoV-2 antigen or not, a red reaction line always appears in the control zone (C).
